it was a good move from google to upgrade their security level on android lolipop to help secure android devices more than before as google added google account verification after you just mad hard reset to your phone . it askes you to input e-mail and password of an account that had been added to the phone before the reset process .
the problem is that you already forgotten the e-mail and the password or you may recently bought the phone second hand (used) and you don't even know the old e-mails added to that device .
okay .... don't worry we had already found a 100% working way in all lolipop and marshmallow android devices
